Tom Mitchell Managing Partner

Tom specialises in large transformation programmes across a variety of industries, most recently in the Public Sector. He has led and delivered end-to end change management to a number of his clients mostly facing the challenge of adopting new technologies, new ways of working aligned to the Digital challenge.

He focusses his efforts in building awareness and understanding of the importance of business change, user engagement and adoption and its correlation to delivering successful change and benefits realisation.

He is an SME in change management and was responsible for training consulting graduates over multiple previous years at Deloitte – this has enabled him to up-skill client teams in building their own business change capability and toolkits. He strives to build high performing and cohesive teams to help bring about success in delivering value and impact on the programmes he works on alongside his clients.

Joe Kipling Partner

Joe is a Business Change Manager and Workplace Consultant with previous experience of delivering complex and challenging real estate and workplace programmes across multiple geographies, both nationally and internationally.

Throughout her career Joe has undertaken roles as a Programme Director along with programme and project management; delivering real estate, new ways of working and large scale move programmes for a variety of different organisations, including national security, telecoms, tech, oil, gas and utilities, along with telecoms, local government and the NHS.

As a qualified Coach and Mentor with a Masters Degree in Access & Inclusive Design, Joe continues to work with industry leaders up and down the UK.

Michael Hughes Partner

Michael has worked in the public sector for over fourteen years, most recently he was the Communications and Engagement Lead for three large transformation programmes on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service influencing over 45,000 people.

Michael has worked for the Association of Chief Police Officers writing and publishing national policing policy and also worked for Hampshire Constabulary in the change arena.

Alongside this Michael has provided Communications, Stakeholder Management and Business Change expertise to other large public sector organisations.

Prior to working in the public sector Michael was the PR & Marketing Manager for one of the UK's largest produce suppliers, working with all the major multiple retailers on marketing strategy, point of sale and Public Relations.

Ben Stanyer

I have 10 years of business change experience in the Defence and National Security sector, with a specialism in the delivery of new and often complex IT tools. On behalf of Change Right, I specialise in all IT related business change, and change related to the implementation of security policy for our largest client.

My experience with Change Right has been first class, the sense of belonging and teamwork has set my experience out from previous roles. I am really enjoying being part of the Change Right team.

Sophia Hungerford

I am experienced Change Management practitioner, having worked across several large-scale transformations across different industries. The Public Sector, is where my real passion lies having spent several years within policing and other central and local government bodies prior to joining Change Right. Since joining, I have been a Change Manager on one of our key clients, working closely with the programme team and end users.

Working at Change Right is the best of all worlds – I’m doing really interesting work, alongside talented people, and you know, because of the nature of the business, that we all really want to be here doing our very best for our clients and that really makes a difference to me. We work smartly as a team, learning off each other but also with the autonomy to get on with our job – and in doing this we also have a lot of fun!

Andy Davies

I am a workplace strategist and change manager, specialising in transformations that unite and elevate organisational culture. I’m a great believer in making life, work and the environment better; using the built environment as a catalyst to achieve and enhance this.

I have run/supported Workplace Strategy functions, created strategic briefs for HQs and portfolios, developed and led global initiatives, delivered change management, developed workplace guidelines for global consumption, generated new ways of working to transform organisations and activated culture change.

The Change Right team culture is fantastic. You feel welcomed, supported and trusted to be and work at your best.

Rebekah Kipling

After graduating I spent 5 years working in third sector roles, supporting and running services within mental health and wellbeing. I joined Change Right as a Project Support Officer but have since taken on some data analyst responsibilities, after being supported to build on statistics and data skills I gained during my studies.

I love being part of the Change Right team, it’s fun, collaborative and it’s great working with people who are so passionate and knowledgeable about what they do.

Stefan Freeman

I have over 12 years public sector experience within a Policing client. For the past 4 years I have been working in Business Change and Smarter Working across several different programmes and projects.

As a new member to the Change Right team my experience so far has been great, a lovely bunch of people with a vast amount of experience across the board.

Kate Davies

I bring a mix of behavioural change, training, coaching, and wellbeing experience including hands-on delivery of client roles and consulting assignments across both public and private sector organisations.

I have successfully led large-scale workplace transformations across the world, creating people-focused strategy, memorable employee experiences and innovative workplace change programmes to support great places to work. I am advocate for flexible working and providing people with choices about where, when and how they work to get things done.

Andy Jenkins

I combine business design with organisational psychology expertise. I have held senior HR roles in business, and have developed leaders in Police, HM Prison Service and many public and private sector organisations.

I have a certificate in Coaching accredited through the University of Middlesex and I also hold multiple psychometric accreditations including Saville Wave, FIROB, Hogan and Strengths Profile.

People who have worked with me describe me as curious, insightful, practical, intelligent, fun and open. That I excel at getting into, under and around the problem to be solved. My style of coaching typically involves applying different tools and frameworks to help the client understand the issues from different perspectives and I bring a practical and commercial aspect to the coaching conversation.

Steph Butcher

I have worked in both private and public sectors. An interior designer for commercial and hospitality projects in the UK and internationally, lecturer in higher education and most recently design researcher. At Change Right my role is to undertake industry research, I will be transitioning to a role within the delivery team over the next year.

Having worked with Change Right since the beginning of 2021, I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of a fun and inspiring team.

Rachel East

I am an experienced programme and project management professional specialising in business change and transformation. I have experience across a number of industries including policing, rail, aviation, health and government.

Alongside my skills and experience of managing large programmes and driving delivery, I understand the importance of stakeholder buy-in and engagement and ensures this is always a key area of focus in delivering and embedding change.

I enjoy working with Change Right for the opportunity to be part of a team of dedicated, skilled and engaging individuals working on large transformational change programmes - delivering and embedding change in the right way!
